Issue Description

An increase in Solr search index build times and a slower ICM Back Office product search has been detected in our latest releases, ICM 7.10.38.28-LTS and ICM 7.10.40.5. This behavior is intensified with an increasing number of products in the system. Customers with large search indexes or a high number of products are advised to apply the custom fix as soon as they have one of the affected versions in use.

Custom Fix

The following custom fix is applicable to all impacted ICM versions. You can download it here:

The custom fix issue_92128_hotfix_jdbcsequence_v01.jar has been reworked because of potential open cursors issues. A new version, issue_92128_hotfix_jdbcsequence_v02.jar, is now available.

Please only use the JAR file contained in the ZIP and apply it to your server during deployment. How this works is described in Cookbook - Deployment Tools 7.10 | Recipe: Custom Fix Deployment.
