Unlocking Deactivated Administration Users

Intershop Commerce Management is configured to lock Intershop Organization Management user accounts for 30 minutes after six login attempts with a wrong password.

To manually reactivate locked user accounts:

In the navigation bar, select Users.
A list of all system administration users is displayed. For locked user accounts, the status "Temporarily deactivated" is displayed.
Select the user to be reactivated.
Check the box in the row of the user you intend to unlock.
Click Reactivate Account, then OK to confirm the operation.
The selected user account is immediately unlocked, and the corresponding user can log in again.
