Connecting to Intershop Commerce Management

To use the Intershop Customer Engagement Center and access customer data, store data, and use features such as Impersonation, you must provide your Intershop Commerce Management (ICM) credentials.

To connect to Intershop Commerce Management, perform the following steps:
  1. Open the Intershop Customer Engagement Center app.
    If there is no connection to Intershop Commerce Management yet, the following dialog opens:

  2. Enter the name of your organization.
    Note:
    This step will be skipped if a default organization is configured.
  3. Click Continue.
    Another dialog opens.

  4. Enter your ICM user name and password, or, if configured, log in via single sign-on.
    Clicking Connect starts your Intershop Customer Engagement Center session and takes you to the customer search page. For information on how to disconnect from Intershop Commerce Management, see Disconnecting from Intershop Commerce Management.
